The canopy is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel and features a food guard with single service. All welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish, with a 1/4″-thick scratch-resistant Plexiglass food guard on front and end panels.

The canopy is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel food guards for dual service. All welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish, with 1/4″-thick scratch-resistant Plexiglass food guards on front and end panels.
BCDFT SERIES – Buffet Canopy Dual (Flip Top)

The food guard is constructed of 1″ diameter stainless steel tubing, all-welded, ground, and polished to a uniform finish. The food guard, two (2) end panels, and top and front panels are constructed of 1/4″-thick tempered glass with all edges polished to a smooth finish. All glass is supported by stainless steel clamps welded to the frame. The unit is supplied with stainless steel flanges for ease of mounting to any countertop.
