Dominick Mongiove Jr.
Meet Dominick Mongiove Jr., VP of Operations
Dom has spent the last two decades learning Atlas from nearly every angle. His work has taken him across departments, projects and teams, giving him a deep understanding of not only how the company operates, but how its people make the work personal.
For Dom, Atlas’ culture is rooted in integrity: the refusal to settle for “good enough” and the pride of creating equipment worthy of the company’s name. That standard, he says, is made possible by openness.
“Integrity doesn’t come easily,” Dom says. “At Atlas Metal, it happens organically because the culture is rich in open and inclusive values.”
That belief has shaped his own approach. Whether rezoning spaces with Enrique, inventorying with Iris or fulfilling with Elena, Dom sees the company through the people who contribute to it. To him, “Making Metal Personal” means recognizing employees by name, not department.
As he moves from Systems Administrator into the Operations Manager role, Dom brings lessons from technology, data and mentorship. He credits David Meade with teaching him how to weigh risks and his father, Dominick, Sr., with giving him a guiding belief: everything is possible with the right tool.
Dom’s leadership style is grounded in connection. He wants employees to feel included, heard and never lost in the process.
As the industry evolves through data analytics, automation and smarter equipment, Dom sees opportunity—but also the need for balance. Technology can support better decisions, but it should not replace human judgment or craftsmanship.
That is what makes Dom’s next chapter meaningful. He is stepping into operations with a rare combination of technical knowledge, institutional experience and genuine care for the people around him.
With 20 years at Atlas under his belt, Dom is not just taking on a new title. He is carrying forward a culture built on integrity, inclusion and pride in the work.
