The slim-line design can be installed in extra narrow width counters. The unit is used with standard 12″ x 20″ pans, and in the long configuration, the overall cold pan will only require 16″ of the clear counter space. The cold pan is available in the standard 4-5/8″ depth and the 9-3/4″ full depth.
The pan is fully insulated for maximum efficiency and energy savings, and is provided with a factory-applied gasket so that it can be installed in the finest wood fixtures without marring the countertop. The pan is constructed of stainless steel and is provided with a 3/4″ stainless steel drain.
