Tray and Rack Dispenser Care Guide

Cleaning, Operation and Warranty Protection

Thank you for choosing Atlas Metal. A little routine care will help your mobile cantilever tray or rack dispenser operate smoothly, protect its components and support safe daily use.

Before First Use

Before loading the unit, inspect it thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Do not load or operate the dispenser if damage is found.

Daily Cleaning Instructions

Wipe the dispenser thoroughly with a damp cloth and mild soap that is suitable for use in food-contact zones.

To protect the finish and moving components, do not use abrasives when cleaning.

Operating Reminder

Load items onto the carrier tray carefully. Do not drop items onto the dispenser. Before use, check that items fit properly on the carrier tray with no more than 1 inch of side play. Once fully loaded, push down on the load and slowly release it so the unit can settle at the proper dispensing height.

The total load capacity is 250 pounds. The unit includes field-adjustable springs designed to accommodate different weight ranges up to that limit.

Spring Safety

Never remove springs while they are extended. Doing so may cause personal injury if the spring fully disengages from the dispenser, and it may also damage the spring. Spring adjustments should be made through the removable front access panel at the spring compartment.

If the load is uneven when returned, check the carriage assembly and springs for debris. If the unit will not roll, inspect the wheels for damage, check for debris on the axle and clean or replace components as needed.
