Jessica Meade’s Atlas story started long before she became President.

She first worked for the company as a teenager during the summer. After college, her father offered her a job in sales, and she accepted. From there, she learned the business from every angle: sales, engineering, production, manufacturing and technology.

“Without knowing it at the time, my father was preparing me to be ready to step into his shoes when the time came,” Jessica says.

Today, carrying on that legacy means honoring what her father built while continuing to move Atlas forward. For Jessica, that starts with pride, respect and commitment.

“It’s important that I maintain the same code of ethics and learn from the lessons that he taught me,” she says, “while also progressing to meet future needs.”

Her hands-on experience has shaped the way she leads. Because she has worked across so many parts of the company, Jessica understands the needs of employees throughout the organization. She approaches challenges from multiple perspectives and works to create fair solutions.

Her open-door policy reflects that belief. Everyone has a seat at the table, and when ideas flow freely, she believes the team becomes stronger.

That same warmth defines the Atlas brand. Jessica sees the company’s handmade products as part of what makes it unique, but she also points to the way Atlas supports customers, answers questions and navigates challenges alongside them.

“We’re adding warmth with how we operate, treat our customers and partners, and how we present ourselves,” she says.

As the industry faces uncertainty around the economy and tariffs, Jessica sees Atlas as adaptable and prepared. The company has also continued investing in innovation, expanding research and development by more than 200% across all metrics.

Recent launches include INFINITI FIT, a GFCI breaker trip-proof element structure, WQHC VariTemp and the Pan Handler, each designed to solve real operator challenges.

After 16 years with Atlas, Jessica is leading with both history and momentum: honoring her father’s legacy, listening to the people around her and guiding the company forward with warmth, purpose and innovation.
